The caps are then placed in the Water and simmered to reduce the liquid
The reduced liquid is drained and filtered and cooled
Spring Water and 50% Proof (UK Proof) Pure Grain Ethanol/Alcohol is added to th Amanita Muscaria liquid , the tincture is created !
